How Do I Make An Appointment?To make the appointment for your FREE Mammogram call (800) 372-6094. You may register up to six weeks prior to clinic date. You will be asked some questions such as do you feel a lump in your breast etc.. these are just routine questions. You will be asked to provide your vital information: name, address, phone number.
